Bukit Bintang City is a masterplan for 3 interconnected sites, stretching between the new CBD of Tun Razak Exchange and Bukit Bintang. Conceived as a self contained city within a city, the masterplan comes together as a collection of built volumes, each housing specific functions, interwoven and connected by a system of streets and a vertical public realm. It mirrors the diversity of downtown Kuala Lumpur, sampling it for its loved spaces and places, its energy and colour. It is envisioned that BBC will be home to an intergenerational community supported by communal services such as learning institutions, healthcare and recreational offerings.
