Utama Exchange fundamentally rethinks the layer cake ‘shopping mall’. Designed as a city within a city- with streets and flying bridges taking the place of corridors, public parks, courts and squares arrayed in three-dimensions through out the building. Infrastructure for moving people is explicitly made visible, exposing and revealing the inner workings of the building, connecting the different stakeholders.
Utama Exchange is home to a cutting edge convention centre, hotels, Grade A offices and a multi-modal performance arena on the rooftop.
