Lateral is an interdisciplinary office.

An ensemble of 35 architects, designers, culturalists, thinkers, and makers across three studios – Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, and Phnom Penh. We work with our clients to rethink cities, communities, buildings, and technology.

Our carefully assembled, geographically diverse team of experts combines an extensive body of technical knowledge with an intrinsic intercultural intelligence. We create outcomes which respond to the specific needs of the environments we operate in and the communities that we serve.
